Individual Therapy
I offer one-on-one therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults.
During our individual sessions, we will meet together in my office (or online) and will collaborate to create a treatment plan that’s specifically tailored to your needs.
Intake sessions are 90 minutes.
Regular therapy sessions are 50-55 minutes.
-
Family Therapy
I offer family therapy for clients who are working with me individually and want to do family therapy in addition. I also offer family therapy to clients who come to me just for family sessions.
During family sessions, we will agree on which issues are a priority to work on, and I’ll guide you in a supportive process to address your concerns.
Family sessions are 50-55 minutes, unless we agree on additonal time in advance.
-
Group Therapy
I currently offer group therapy for college women, but it’s closed to new members at this time. I am available to start another group if enough people are interested.
I will continue to update this section as I create and open new and different kinds of group therapy options.

I accept Kaiser Insurance for Individual, Family, and Crisis Management Sessions.
Private Pay: Intake Session: $220. Regular Session: $170
What we’ll be getting up to in therapy
As we work together - my goal is to support you in resolving issues that have been causing you trouble – whether that is something more temporary, like adjusting to life transitions or something longer term like Complex PTSD. I use a variety of approaches including EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Conscious-Living Based Work. My therapy dog, Leasel, also brings her sacred doggo energy to our sessions (if you want her to join us).
The foundation of the work we’ll do together honors the significance of our body-mind connection. You will learn how to begin feeling your feelings (not thinking your feelings) and how to move the energy of these feelings so you’re more regulated and less reactive. You will be equipped with practices you can use to support your nervous system in real time. Our work will also help you to get to the root of what you’re dealing with, not just the symptoms.
I have a friendly and casual style, and although some of the work we’ll do is intense, I’ll be sure to include some fun along the way! I believe the client-therapist relationship is highly collaborative, and I value your feedback when we’re working together. You are the expert on yourself – even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. I am here to be your supporter, guide, and teacher - not to fix you or tell you what to do. The rest of what we’ll do will be determined by what you need most and what is most helpful for you system.
Providing You with a Safe Space to get In-Person Support.
If you’re able to come to therapy in-person, your appointments will take place in my private and comforting therapy space. Whether we’re meeting together one-on-one or doing a family or group session, there’s plenty of cozy space for everyone.
In-Person and Virtual Therapy Options
While I strongly recommend meeting in-person, sometimes it’s just not possible. If you can’t make to my office, we can do TeleMental Health Therapy. I use Doxy.me which is a HIPAA compliant platform, and you don’t even need your own account.
My office is conveniently located in the Highlands in Northwest Denver
